Paediatric Dietitian in Kent | Child Nutrition & Food Allergy Support
Based in Kent and offering remote consultations to families across the UK.
Consultations are delivered remotely by HCPC-registered dietitians with NHS clinical experience.
Who This Service Is For
This service is designed for parents and carers of children and young people under 16 years old who would benefit from specialist nutrition advice.
Families may seek support when they have concerns about their child’s diet, growth, or feeding behaviours. This may include children who have restricted diets, difficulty with certain foods, or medical conditions that require dietary management.
Our aim is to provide practical, evidence-based guidance that supports healthy growth and development while helping families feel more confident managing their child’s nutrition at home.
What to Expect From Your Appointment
During the consultation, the dietitian will review your child’s diet, feeding history and any medical concerns. Practical guidance will then be provided to support your child’s nutrition and help families implement manageable changes at home.
Appointments typically include:
Review of current diet and feeding concerns
Discussion of allergies or medical history
Practical nutrition advice and strategies
Guidance tailored to the child’s age and needs
At present, paediatric appointments are limited. However, some evening and weekend appointments are available. Additional availability may be introduced as the service develops.
